Do you need him to throw from behind the plate or from in front of it? Those are vastly different choices.

99 Feller is bad IMO unless you use him on legend. Never used 99 Carter but this is kind of like comparing apples to tangerines.

Carter was great for me, i have piazza now but might go back to carter tbh. He has unusual power and good defense

I use Feller and don't play above all star and he's 60 and 0 for me this year. He's one of the pitchers I love pitching with and he's really helped with conquest maps. Therefore i would go with Feller.

Feller gets the edge in being able to pitch.

Carter gets the edge in the ability to catch a pitch and hitting.

They are about equal in fielding ability.
