Issue connecting to Community Market on PC?

Is anyone having any issues connecting to the Community Market website on PC? I'm prompted to log in, then get thrown server errors when I hit submit. This is happening on both Chrome and Safari.

I am able to access the market on my phone with no issue, as well as the market in game. I am also having no issue connecting to the game servers or the forums.
