I keep seeing teams logos on the field prior to games. How do we do that? Pretty cool

Make sure you enable all your logo options for your team. Main, hat/helmet(s) jersey's, Jacket's

Under logo editor it is your main logo. It shows up on your home field and not on minor league stadiums. Most people online play on minor league stadiums because of the lag and glitchiness. Therefore you won't see it as often. It shows up on MLB stadiums.
