Reggie Jackson's defense is a problem.

I'm not kidding when I say he commits a good 2-3 errors for every 9 innings he plays in the field. His bat can only make up so much before running him out is actually a negative.

With Carlos GOnzalez (Evo), Mike Trout, Juan Soto (FotF), Joey Gallo (FotF), Vladimir Guerrero (Nats Collection), Luis Robert (FS), plus guys who are playing way above their attributes like Curtis Granderson, Javier Baez, and Dylan Carlson, how do I justify keeping him out there?

I now know the feeling that the Tennessee Titans had just sticking with Marcus Mariota because "he should be awesome," when in reality he's hurting your team. Carlos Gonzalez is Ryan Tannehill in this situation.

Hide him in LF? He's been serviceable for me there considering his bat has been great.

You can always replace him with a better defensive player late game when you have a lead.

It's really all about how well the player works for you, if his bat doesn't justify his defense for you, then maybe use him as a bench bat.

That's what I've been trying. I usually roll with Reggie in LF, Trout in CF, and either Carlos Gonzalez or Vladimir Guerrero in RF with Luis Robert and Juan Soto coming off the bench.

I'll have Byron Buxton FotF for this very purpose. That and you can't dislike his speed.

Seems to do just fine with the 5 run leads he produces.

If he's committing 2-3 errors every game that's user input error.

The prestige Reggie has 70+ fielding which isn't elite but makes a huge difference compared to his "regular" 99 card.

It’s a shame I won’t get that card until August

Just grind showdowns, you can make prestige pretty quick imo. He's there for the taking at level 5.

Fair, the new showdowns are a cakewalk so I should just replay them for XP
