Newbie Question - How to earn the 88 Ian Happ?

If you do all of the moments, pitch 9 innings with TB pitcher, pitch 9 innings with White Sox pitchers, and beat both TB and CWS on All Star vs the CPU this'll get you just enough points to get the choice pack where you can pick Ian
Call me stupid...but where do I find these challenges? I checked the "Player Programs" and didn't see him there... (apologies for the stupid question...it's embarrassing!)

Go to programs - player programs - and then click on Blake Snell.
