Is RS worse?

I havent hopped on since the release of affinity 2 and 3rd inning, but after grinding Brujhan, Marsh, Jones, Hayes, Lodolo, conquest, and showdowns, I have to get back to RS.

Is hitting even worse than right before the realease of affinity 2? Ive been keeping an eye on the forum and everyone is still really upset (rightfully so) I wasnt sure if it was a different kind of upset than previous lol Thanks!
