Not All Flawless Awards Available?

So I went 12-0 and I could only pick from Smoltz and Evans. Are they "retiring" flawless rewards this year? Last year I feel like you could pick whoever you wanted.

Oh nevermind, you get to pick from 3. One of mine was a "quit/disconnect" though. What caused that? Was it because I had an opponent quit? Seems not right.
