How long does it take to get through MTO?
-
I only play my mto to the postseason, then I save my PS run for the next TA stage for some quick TA points

Can you turn on quick counts? That will cut every at bat in half and likely make a huge difference
I do not believe it gives you that options. I do have quick counts on my teammates when I use a locked in player. Most games you play from 7 inning on. The playoffs 6 innings on, game 1 might be 5th inning.
That also depends on how you are doing in the games too. I had to go to game 7 in one of my MTOs and game 7 is a complete game. Think game 6 started in the 3rd or something
Yeah it is all about winning

Took me 3.5 hours to do first half of regular season yesterday on Vet. Either my current momentum it should not be even an hour for 2nd half, but rough estimation and hour. So 4.5 regular season for 22 points.
In Vet you shouldn't lose a playoff game. You usually start each game 5th or 6th inning, so 15 to 20 minutes per game in the playoffs.
Its a long grind, even on Veteran, but at least you are guaranteed points, unlike Showdown where I just spent an hour and a half and was only able to put up 1 run on the final boss.
I really hate that I still have to do the old Showdowns for TA stage 1. Those things still suck. But I am burned out on MTO.

The worst part is the PS of MTO playing every game and starting games in 5th and 6th inning,

Yup, and if you blow a game, it will only make it take longer, that is where I wish i could quit and just take the L. I've been put into a playoff game down 4 runs in the 5th inning, got in three and couldn't hit squat, and then I'd score a run and then give up a run. It's like let me just quit and come back tomorrow, rather than play 3 more innings like that.

the current one i have Im actually nail biting. Twins vs me in the post season, its game 7 tonight. Went up 2-0, but then they won the next 2. Twins have a lot of power, so what i normally do is get up 2 runs(or whatever is comfortable)and just bunt the rest of my at bats. With them, 2-9 can all go yac, so the bunt thing hasnt been needed as even up 2, its quickly tied. Nelson Cruz batting 8th...jeez.

Do we tell them about MTO points? Nah, we will just let them figure it out on their own.

What difficulty is best to get enough TA points to unlocked stage 1 players?
-
If you dashboard during a MTO game, does it give you the L or does it revert to the last saved state?

I have never tried it, but I think that is how you loose the ability to have it count for TA points. I've heard people say they had a power outage and then they got a message saying they would not get TA points
