I plowed through 2 showdowns easily all my other attempts now the pitchers are throwing crazy breaking pitches and velocity seems like is on HOF. Dunno if my old man eyes and reactions are tired but definitely seems like it adjusted to a higher setting than “veteran”

Ive now done 2 attempts at the AL showdown and completed them both. The last one had the Royals FS pitcher as the boss, and it felt like it was on rookie.

I wasnt very good at these earlier, usually finishing them 1 out of 5 attempts or so. So I think they are way easier now. I will have to see if it's harder after the 2 attempts though.

Probably depends on which pitcher you get. The KC guy doesnt throw hard, so he's fairly easy. I couldn't touch Pearson and kopech on the blue missions though.

In the first AL play through I had prime zack Britton and signature hal. 2nd play through was awards Kluber and Boyd. It wasn’t hard at all.

The hardest one I got was Wagner in one of the blue showdowns. That seemed like when I play the CPU on HOF. Luckily, they yanked him after 2 hits and brought in someone else.
