I chose eckersley when I had the option and I have finished his card. How do I unlock cargo, Eddie and Pudge?

Also, how do I get the Duke of Flatbush? Showdown?

You’ll get to choose another evolution card at the same point in the XP reward path once you reach silver gold and diamond. So level 10 silver will be your next choice. Cargo is awesome!
