Team Affinity & Others

Hey guys,
What are some of the easiest ways to grind out the team affinities? As far as the innings played per team, do you just play online games with each specific team? I'm getting a little tired of the RS antics so i'm trying to get better with acquiring prospect cards, legends, etc. Thanks!

Would like to hear an answer to this. So many people with multiple makes me feel like there is a way to get them without to much monotonous grinding

Showdown is the most time efficient. You can learn which ones to skip and gives 20 points for TA and a lot of XP. But can be hard sometimes

Innings are accrued by using a player in any DD game (Conquest, RS, Play vs. CPU, etc.) So Using a team full of Orioles for example, pitchers included can net you 81 innings in a 9-inning game. 1/3 innings do not count though. So if you switch pitchers in the middle of an inning and already recorded an out, that inning won't count.

March to October is a decent way to gain TA points. It's a bit time consuming, but it can be rewarding if you do well.
Showdown is probably the most effective way. I can get through a showdown in about 45 minutes and that gives 20 TA points (5 vouchers at 4 points each).
Otherwise, building a roster of a particular team and playing conquest is a good way to knock out innings, but that's still gonna be a grind.

Finding the most efficient bronze/silver cards to exchange and buying/exchange the 50k points is worth it to do at least once.
Personally, I think doing the current conquest with a stacked lineup of whatever team works great getting 2 for 1 by knocking out conquest as well as innings.
Do the single stat mission, the moment, exchange at least once, then some innings... You will only need to do showdown maybe once.
Grab all the low hanging fruit and do showdown once but showdown can be very difficult.
MTO is supposed to be good but i just hate the mode.

Just to grind out the innings, and I do CPU play on rookie mode just to blast through it quick. Often when it's my team batting, I'll just walk away and come back 5 minutes later or so once they've all gone backwards Ks (and a few BBs here and there). Or just bunt every pitch to get yourself out quick. If you manage to accidentally get on base, do ridiculous steals to get out.
I don't care about getting all the Ls.Showdown is too hard for me. I've only completed two divisional showdowns, and have put a lot of hours into it. For me, time is better spent on MTO. Veteran mode you should make and win the WS easily enough and get some sweet sweet TA points.
