Question about Trading and FAs in Custom Leagues

Lets say you have a 12-team custom league...Can you trade with un-used "cpu" teams or only with other user teams? Also, do the top free agents just go to whoever clicks them the fastest when the league starts?

theres no free agents in custom lg and you can only trade with user teams
