Before you rush to buy packs!

Lets keep in mind that another month has went by with absolutely no positive patches to this game. It is still an absolute failure by every sense of the word. The hitting rewards are absolutely random. The advertised 2% failure rate on perfect perfect is an outright lie. The fielding is still awful and the the reward for good good on pitches is still abysmal. For the first month i said to myself maybe its the skill gap they talked about or hey we are in the middle of a global pandemic that is why they have again taken ZERO action when it comes to repairing what can only be described as an outright failure of a game. Yet somehow they have managed to have ZERO issues with pushing new content that takes money from the masses. Doesn't seem to me that the pandemic is an issue with that. Please for the love of god to all the people that purchase stubs do not during these promos. Until they see that we will not reward a broken title with more micro purchases they will do nothing as they are currently doing. After being one of the biggest supporters of this game its time to just cut ties. The people at SDS have ZERO interest in repairing this AWFUL game yet continue to crank out content that makes them millions in stub purchases. DO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANY STUBS. For me its to late im cutting ties with this game and moving on to a different title all together. I will spend the next year warning anyone in the XBOX and Nintendo community against purchasing any title that they make until they prove they can actually put out a product that isnt by all accounts broken.

I said this last night, people need to stop playing and buying packs. If this was to happen SDS would fix the game as fast as they could -
Why do you think they arent fixing the game as fast as they can?
-
Too late, I already spent $300 today. Wish you had told me what to do with my money sooner so I would have known.
-
Because people continue to reward them with stub purchases. Until you hit the bottom line and make a point they will continue as usual and act [censored] if they have 0 issues. When you have MLB players in a tourney that you sponsor complaining about the fielding that is a giant issue. I listened to Pence the other night throw a fit about it. Two routine fly balls hit is fielders in the head and dropped. Any other company that was ran like SDS would be out of business.

All the more reason to be trying to fix it. Just because its apparently harder than playing with some sliders doesn't mean they arent trying.

The game is amazing and user skill is very important. The main problem is many users want to blame someone or something else for their failures.

yea for sure, not a thing wrong with the game, outfielders are supposed to get hit in the head on every fly ball

I never had this happen to me. Maybe take better routes

Blah, blah, blah. If SDS announced a stub sale you’d probably be the first one to pull out the debit card from the stimulus account.

This is a big part of it. My only issue with fielding is fly balls close to the wall, and fielding off the wall. I lost a game last night because a ball bounced off the wall and right past my fielder who was standing in the correct spot.
A second issue I’ve had is catching balls at the wall, the just bounce off the wall and into my fielder and he refuses to pick it up.
For balls in the middle of the field, I take realistic routes instead of running straight to the ball. I have not been hit in the head once.

I had 0 issues prior to last patch that FIXED it. Nothing to do with routes; as soon as you move your fielder you feel it: he will be super fast/sensitive; when it will be an out, he’s on that pre-established track where you can’t go faster/slower and have to follow the animation trail to the marker. Again, routes have nothing to do with it. Haven’t happened yet in Conquest or M2O, but RS/BR, oh my...
