And NLDS Koenig if your looking for a lefty.

The problem with extreme conquest maps is that there is no margin for error, and that 'error' can be simply not stealing fans at the right time.
I haven't bothered with this for multiple reasons, but it appears another mode where 'Extreme' morphed into unnecessarily complicated and frustrating for the sake of it rather than just straight up challenging.
SDS have been great this year, but they missed the mark here, again.

I believe you can’t even steal fans on this map, its only attack and reinforce

You don't have to steal fans at all, stealing fans will just give you more room for an error meaning you can lose some games and still finish it completely and it will also let you play on easier difficulties. So of course I recommend to steal fans after every turn on whatever difficulty you feel comfortable to win easily.
It is not really complicated, just follow the goals, that will tell you which way you should conquer teams. The only difficult part is first turn because you need to play 2 games on legend and 6 on hall of fame. Rest can be played on all-star/veteran, depending on how many fans you steal.
Trust me, try it, you can do it easily! -
For pitching to the CPU, alternate high and in fastball and low and away breaking ball and they cant touch it. I made it through the entire extreme conquest and only gave up 2 runs with that strategy
-
You don’t need to use a bullpen guy.. I got in a Trend and used Bryce miller for innings 1-2 switched to sale for 2 (if needed) and 3. Key for me was finding people that had a HR/9 rating as high as possible and then admitting who it not good using. I failed about four times using Franco. It’s doable. Just need to be focused
-
And as others mentioned switch out pitchers in red. Match up against lefties and righties (I think the Mets had lefties that couldn’t hit at 7-9) and take pitches. Get their starter out!

You can steal fans. I did it after my first turn, but I'm not even sure if I needed to. After the first turn, I played every game on All Star.
At the expense of having everyone yell at me... I found this map easier than prior years. I don't remember having to play on legend, but there was more "strategy" involved in how to attack strongholds. At least that's what I remember.
Now... Everything else this year was more difficult for me, anyway.

Thanks everyone, question though, I have Bob Gibson is he a good pitcher to use? I was using Randy and Pedro but got them both P5 so I put Gibson in there instead but managed only 1 inning out of him is there another starter besides the 2 that I got P5 and of course Chris Sale is also P5 so not him
-
Am I the only one finding the map easy? No I am not an elite player
-
So I got through all of the first goals and then stole fans from the Rockies. I reinforced my strongholds next to each team I was about to face in round 2. I beat most of the teams for goal 2 but then it stopped allowing me to attack the pirates or cardinals and would only allow me to play the padres, rangers, or white Sox. I’m so confused on what I did wrong. I guess I’m going to just play out the rest of the goals and go back to goal 2.

Yeah i noticed before my 5 th turn you could steal, don’t know why i didn’t notice before, got a bit of a scare when i was attacking the remaining empty places , it kept saying you cannot attack anywhere, moved my last piece to attack the spot with one, and in.a 2-1 simulation i won lol, Elly is mine and i feel relieved i didn’t do that whole map for nothing.

Neither of the last two years required you to win 10 games in a row on HoF+ with the 10th on Legend
In fact, neither year required you to touch legend mode unless you lost a game or two in the first round. -
If you're struggling on the higher difficulties, I'd recommend having 2 or 3 of the bunt cheese guys in your lineup, and the rest be high contact high vision and all 4 bench spots being 99 spd 99 steal guys if you got them. Neon Chandler Simpson and postseason Garrett Hampson both have 99 spd and drag bunting, as does HOF Honus Wagner if you got him, but id use him off the bench since he can play any position and is the perfect pinch runner for a slower batter.
Use guess pitch, I cant remember the name of the one, but when you guess the pitch and the location correctly the location lights up red. Pick the pitch you feel most comfortable with hitting and keep guessing it until you get 2 strikes. I wouldn't use it with 2 strikes, because in my experience the penalty for guessing wrong is pretty high even if you put the pci on the ball pretty good. And when you get to 2 strikes just swing away and hope for the best and use contact swing if you got a guy on in hopes of just moving him over.
Im not elite at the game, but I think im slightly above average and I dont struggle on HOF or legend difficulties the way I used too. But this is still a strategy I break out from time to time whenever Im feeling less locked in.

That's odd.
I watched a YTer who won the first 29 straight but had zero fans to be able to play ths last game.Trust me, try it, you can do it easily!
Thanks man, but as a first timer, there's no way I can win 30 straight, especially with some on legend.
I can barely get bat on ball on legend, let alone do it consistently whilst even on lower difficulties i will lose the odd game.
I come from a game where I was a top 10% player so it is a weird feeling to suck so bad, but I genuinely do and haven't improved at all throughout the year.
