Diamond dynasty doesn’t work

I’ve been trying to get this problem resolved for so many days now. I was playing online and the other person decided to quit the game after I hit a HR. After that it cut my game off and said it couldn’t connect. After many days of trying to contact SDS they haven’t been able to just reset my account and let the server allow me to keep using my account. They said no restrictions were put on my account but they will see what they can do. After waiting they said they tweaked something on my account and it’s still doing the same thing, “can’t connect to servers” which it also says it when I go on the computer. Internet works and nothing wrong with it because other games work just not MLB.
