Expansion, contracts, and CPU logic

Please add a feature to expand in franchise mode. Like in NBA 2k. Not relocate a existing team, no create a whole new franchise team.

Also bring back contract options and front or back loaded contracts. Make it realistic.

And for the love of God make the CPU actually competent. No reason why CPU make trades that make 0 sense and why they can’t manage their roster for anything. Fix your game.

It makes the game considerably less enjoyable when you have to actively try and not abuse the terrible trade AI. One time I traded a player 3 times because the teams would trade for them and immediately put them on optional waivers for me to claim them back again.
