Everyone hold your pci in one spot and then swing.

I’m confused as to how this isn’t being talked about. Hold the pci in one spot and swing. The feedback is wrong and you can actually see the pci jump up everytime you swing. How is this playable?

If you swing early the pci goes up, if you swing late it goes down.

Ah really? Why is that ? Good catch. I’m guessing to try and mimic real life swings. I don’t know if it makes since in a video game though

@RAisEdByGoAt_XBL, I think it does.
The PCI isn’t the bat itself, but where you want the bat to end up; following the arc of that batter’s swing, it will be further along or not as far along that arc if you’re early or late, respectively.
But it’s also theoretical, in a way, as it’s what you intend to do rather than what you’re actually doing, as the interplay of attributes determines your odds of successfully executing your intended swing against that particular pitch from that particular pitcher in that count and specific situation… that’s what I think, anyway.

@The_Joneser_PSN interesting. Thank you for the insight. Probably right.
