What did they do to DD?

I played DD in 17-18, took a year off after the immortal grind in 18. Picked up the show 20 only to find they dole out legendary diamonds for participation. (Xp reward path).

Seems to me live series cards are already irrelevant judging by the market.

It's always been easy to do so but giving out 98/99 pitchers like they have the last 2 years doesn't really improve people's gaming experience and I would argue it hurts seeing how everyone complains about kluber like they complained about Kershaw last year. When everyone has the same card and it's very easy to get then it's not really that special. If instead of a 99 kluber they gave something like the 93 oswalt I think that would satisfy people with a good player for free without introducing the overwhelming force on the mound that everyone gets pretty quickly

I don’t understand why the dislike for EA they made u grind just like mlb to have a good team ... my madden team is 94 overall and that’s not even great compared to others spent nothing And offline is way more reasonable in terms of time for the game

There's always going to be people that dislike it. As the OP said, The Show 18 was a nightmare and The Show 19 was very giving. I feel like this year they've done a very good job of balancing it both ways.

when you compare EA to SDS when it comes to card collecting game, youre comparing apples to oranges....

EA doesnt hold SDS jock when it comes to ultimate team game modes..
