Runner advancing by himself on flyouts

I’ve played 2 ranked games within the past hour and runners are advancing by themselves causing them to get thrown out. I’ve never seen this before in the game at all in the past 10 years. Can you guys fix this. It’s kind of ridiculous.

With today's update you control the basecoaches on flyout situations. As this is the 3rd base coaches job you will need to press L1 to signal to hold the runner at 2nd or 1st. L2 will tell them to advance with urgency. If you do nothing they will lolligag.

@whalen91_PSN don’t know if this what you’re alluding to, but a couple of times due to latency, I’d press L1 a couple of times to extend the lead of my baserunner because he wouldn’t move, and if I did it about the time the pitcher started his motion, I’d take off exactly like you described (and got out on a lineout to 2B).
You have to long press for a second instead of taping for it to register, and be careful of the timing. If you miss it the first time, let it go and don’t try again until the next pitch. Works for me.
