Hell guys. New to this forum and you can say fairly new to diamond dynasty. I used to play Mlb the show very frequently from like 08-2014. I’m getting back and I’m enjoying the game very much. Just want to hear some good advice on having a decent to good Diamond Dynasty team without spending money on it. I’m really big on not spending money on virtual currency cus I feel like it’s a rip off. Anyways, what do you guys suggest?

Team Affinitys. Stack those FOF cards and as you grind them you'll get packs, stubs and XP.

You can do team affinity, moments and events, you might go on a run and get a diamond. Moments has been giving a few diamonds, even though they’re not the best it’s still a free diamond.

Along with what everyone else has said I’d say grind for those free packs. Even the prospect packs in events and inning programs. Free diamonds and if they are worth enough you can sell for someone else you may want. Don’t buy packs either. Big waste of stubs and there are a lot of good diamonds for under 25k.

Do the Wood and Grandyman moments. Both good cards and very easy to get. Team affinity’s are a great way to get good cards but that depends if you can do showdown or MTO. I myself hate playing against the cpu a lot so I only did the Indians. Completing the main conquest map once is a good thing bc you get packs, stubs, xp, and cards. Biggest thing to do along with all of this is flipping on the market. It can be frustrating but once you get the hang of it it’s awesome. I’m sitting around 400k and fingers crossed should 500 or over sometime this weekend.

Also BR is a great way to get cards! Then once you get a team, playing Ranked and events. Sky’s the limit then

Conquest. Lots of XP and free packs to be had. You can play most of the games on rookie so you can knock it out with a team full of lower rated cards easy.
