Unlinking account on switch

I unlinked my account on my switch last night and it deleted everything from diamond dynasty account on my Xbox. I had multiple programs done, the entire braves collection plus 180k stubs. Is there anyway I can recover this? Or what happened

I doubt anything was deleted. Look on your Switch for your progress. All your progress is saved on the servers, and whichever account you had set as primary (not the console you played on most of the time) will have your progress.
To see your progress on your XBox again, relink your accounts making sure to have your Nintendo account as the primary. If you make your XBox account your primary, your progress will be hidden until you unlink again.
