Showdown 4x revisited

I just don't understand this. Make these gold cards sellable please as they're needed for a collection and I'm not replaying this [censored]. This is this only thing this year that has really upset me.
The rewards can be sold from DQ so why not this? -
I play it once a day. First thing I do when I turn the game on. Win or Lose, I move on to something else afterwards. It's really not a big deal. And not all that hard, sometimes the hits just don't come.

The best method is to load up on LHH and skip to the final boss. I did that and had 8 outs to spare. Wish I had done that from the start

It's pretty easy, a little bit time consuming but do one every day.

I agree it's stupid but fortunately I won 4 times in 5 tries. I personally find moments more monotonous and annoying.

As someone that hates showdowns, I dont have a big issue with this since its for a good card.

which showdown requires it to be completed 4 times?

@wkward83_PSN The Spring Breakout Showdown needs to be done 4 times to get all the cards from the choice pack to complete the collection.

@CDNMoneyMaker93_XBL yeah, well, you’re above the average poster here. I don’t think I could beat it without some of the perks, all 9 slots with gold+ cards, or an insane run of luck.
I got 4/5, so not bad, just time consuming. The one loss was the classic P/P at fielders and diving god catches

I thought this was going to be annoying. But the mini bosses are easy enough and you don't need to score many runs to beat them. I've done twice so far and it took like 20-25 mins each run

@Zooropa_Returns_PSN I only even played it ONCE because I wanted Wetherholt. I don't plan on ever playing RNGdown mode again. Immaculate CPU AI defense every time. Ground balls and pop flys even when all of the stats and contact favors the hitter. Still a wildly inconsistent mode.

Well I'm an above average poster, an above average player I am not. I fail the Showdown 3 or 4 times cause I couldn't hit the lefty from the white Sox

It only takes 30 minutes tops to do the whole thing. So a 2 hour grind or so for a great card. I don't see the problem.
