Issue with conquest and DQ

In conquest west I played at Arizona stronghold , I won but I didn't get credit for it , Arizona still holds the stronghold. I tried it again thinking I may have accidentally played a no stronghold hex , but it did it again . This needs to be fixed.
Also in DQ for pipeline the negative boost were not being removed after beating a challenge.
Please fix these , thanks .
