Pack issue?

I opened a show pack that only had four players in it, no uniform or equipment. Has this happened to anyone else? Was I supposed to get a chase pack? Has anyone pulled a chase pack?
I did submit a ticket about it, I'll have to wait and see what SDS says.

I watched this happen to a couple of streamers. You probably missed out on a piece of equipment, a jersey, or an Unlock able.
No big deal.

@BiigD008_XBL Yes, this happened to me once as well. I didn't think about it at the time, or I would have checked the app and seen if it showed anything different than in game.

I pulled a chase pack last night, sadly with a gold Felix Bautista. I like Bautista but expected way more from a chase pack.
