College Experience

Can anyone break down what happens when you choose to go to college? How is the development in terms of tokens/attributes and what are the differences in the package rewards between common and gold when signing with a university? Appreciate your assistance!
I was drafted as the 5 pick in the 2nd round by the Marlins and chose to go pro because I like starting as an 18 year old as opposed to a 21 year old after college.

You get a default packet of tokens, perks, and equipment that depends on the college you attend. Then, you earn points and tokens for quality of field play. The points are converted to tokens at the end of the game and you can apply them to any skill attribute as you desire.
It's a nice overall improvement to RTTS.

Common package is silver-level equipment; gold is, well, gold-level.
Also, if you play well in college you have a good chance of getting drafted higher the second time around. My player was drafted in the 4th or 5th round after the Combine, but she went to Cal State Fullerton instead and got picked in the 2nd round for her career.

Awesome - thanks guys! My motivation to turn pro at 18 was with the thought of breaking the big career hitting and pitching records (maybe not Cy Young's wins). No idea why considering I think the most RTTS seasons I've done is around 8 or 9...but, it's a new year! I'll try college for a secondary RTTS person at some point.

Side note - my decision will 100% backfire if the Marlins try to keep me until I reach FA eligibility, but we'll see how it goes.
