I gave up on line for all of 2024.
Could not be happier.
But gave it a go for this event due to being done w TA 4.Stinks… period.
Ball jumps frames on me too much.
I have to swing way too early.Just give me a repeatable USA map vs all time boosted teams.
This way I can play on legend how I like and enjoy a relaxing game of Baseball.
How can this not beca thing?

Online is just a bad experience for people who live overseas. Sometimes the lag is minimal, sometimes it makes outlier pitchers unhittable.
-
I just want the ability to reject all games outside the continental US (or at least a pregame ping notification).

As long as I get a games worth of program completion when you do so

I played 3 event games today, laughing mountain and two home games... Got opponent right away on all 3, no lag, I'm on east coast
First team was all switch but didn't notice till I changed my first pitcher
I used a all Brewers team, then all twins team, then all Yankees team for team affinity
I will say that Brewers game went into 5 innings and I got 4 hits on 21 good contacts ... That was annoying but I think that was the game being the game and not a lag issue. Fortunately I was still able to win

21 GC's and only four hits in five innings? How does that work?

You propose something that would make it impossible for me to complete online programs. There arent enough players in Australia for what you propose to be remotely reasonable. Unless, of course, SDS does the right thing and makes the cards earnable offline. Even then, some may got upset at the lost exp

I don't know what defines good contact technically, but obviously you can see hit analysis during game and after game...most of them were 100+ mph groundouts

I was wondering how that worked because five innings (15 outs) plus four hits would seem like 19 good contacts at maximum. However, I just grinded for that Hilton Smith card tonight (hadn't been playing much lately) and had two perfect-perfect fouls in a span of three innings. So it makes more sense now lol.

@Capt-Clutch-2K24_PSN A few things
- You propose something worse to help erase a bad thing (Switch-hitter captains I suppose) that was invented. First thing: The cause needs to go
- We are in the end-game cycle, everybody has crazy lineups. If you do not like that, do not play (online)
- As a lot of people said: If everybody can exit anytime because he/she does not like the opponents lineup, there will be less playing … which is exactly the thing you complained about in the starting post
- Stadiums: Yes, those stadiums are still a disgrace … but SDS has not done anything about it (they did something against the switch-hitter captain), so it is either like it or leave it. I wish stadiums would not matter that much in online play too
-
25 needs to give the opportunity to 1: See which stadium your opponent selected; prior to committing.
-why?2: Show the weather your opponent selected; prior to committing.
-again why?3: See your opponent's roster; prior to committing.
-thats nonsense I’m sorry. What’s the point in picking players against a random person only to have them quit before the game even starts? And 4: Eliminate the use of created stadiums online.
-why?
Sounds like you’re just mad it doesn’t go exactly how you want it to go. It’s challenging for a reason, but your points defeat any challenge for diamond dynasty since it only benefits you on this

Part of the issue is you're really penalized if you hit the top of the ball. Pitchers stop EVERYTHING up the middle regardless of ratings or height. So many line outs directly at 1b or 3b, dives down the line if people react quick or almost always stopped... Then if you're playing a guy with diamond speed/reaction at ss and 2b not a lot getting through.
It is what it is. If you play the game you know the only way is to get under the ball and pull it consistently. So I just made a bunch of good contact on the batter analysis but beat most of it in the griound.
Were still not usually rewarded with 100+mph ground balls.
If they could fix the Pitchers from catching everything it would make gameplay so much better and get alot more runners on the bases. If they removed one set of animations they should start with every pitching defending the mound to perfection

Why bad stadiums? How about floating pigs covering the entire field blocking the light so you play a game in dark and can't see the ball? Lol
Same with playing giants stadium in the day. You legit can't see the ball off the batters eye for like 3 or 4 innings.
But yeah the created stadiums are stupid and shouldn't be in a competitive mode.
Max elevation stadiums with short fences play like an arcade game and shouldn't be in ranked. Laughing cow is fine, Coors is fine and has some deep parts. Shield woods and the red wall minor stadium are arcade games. Costco field is just dumb.
Whether my opponent is good or bad (or me) at Costco I just do not see the fun of hitting 10 solo hrs per inning and then giving up 10. Off pci out of the strike that are 70mph exit velo are Homeruns. That shouldn't be in a competitive mode unless it's a gimmicky event like moonshot during double xp and double pxp weekends or something

@Capt-Clutch-2K24_PSN Sounds like you are too picky and too worried about what other people are doing. Be patient instead of quitting and just worry about the things you control or don’t and don’t play next year.
