I’m working through the Career Tribute Program. I’m at 140 in that program. Need 5 more moments that I’ve tried and tried and can’t get!
- pillar vs Scherzer. 2) The next one with Pillar where he has to hit a homer in one at bat. 3) Matt Carpenter 2 XBH. 4) keirmeir homer in one at bat. 5) abreu homer in one at bat.
I know it’s more than one. Hoping the magic still works if posting multiple problem moments.

The Parker meadows moment in the tigers vs astros program is why I ABHOR moments. I am in my 20th try. Literally, the guy hits line drives or fly [censored] that die on the warning track. I’ve tried Power swing and up and to the right. Nothing.
A MOMENT SHOULD NEVER TAKE 20 TIMES. N-E-V-E-R. And since you need to do it in order to complete the program, this will be one I don’t finish.
SDS, make them easier. Seriously.

This is in contrast to the Royals vs Orioles program. Those moments are straight forward. The hardest one was the Mullins HR in one at bat. Took a couple times. The difference? Mullins had 116 power vs 85 for the Parker meadows one. These are how moments SHOULD be.

The Extreme "Marlins comeback" one took me WAYYYY longer than I thought. The SDS God Squad one wasn't difficult, so I thought "this one will be easy". Perfect/perfects that went nowhere (due to 35 power). I get that. The Rockies had superman defense everywhere. Finally beat it, but I'd be embarrassed to post how long it took. My main issue? I have a hard time quitting once I start to think "C'mon... I can do this. One more try..."

I tried the Marlins one a few times for fun (don't need it to get 100 so didn't take it too seriously). Luis Arraez is perfect-perfect to shortstop every single time. I can't get past three runs before three perfect/99%good hits go straight to SS/OF. Only good thing was that Brujan was a good drag bunter so it was easy to get off to a good start lol.

I haven't attempted that one since release day. May try again. Still only 5 Extreme Moments complete so far.

Nearly full game pitching moments are awful. Bloop hits, your pitcher can’t locate, and the programming is made to lose just before you get that last out or strikeout. The degrom, kershaw, and ottavino moments in the extreme program are all RNG bs.

I hate how literally every moment that I attempted (completed nine) required additional attempts because of a failed perfect-perfect, other RNG nonsense, or just bad luck messed up what would've completed the moment. Then there's the "Teasers" like the Mickey Mantle moment where I got three hits but the fourth one that would've been a triple just barely grazed the high wall for a failed mission HR. I guess it's SDS way of getting me to play longer.

DeGrom wasn't too bad, as you can allow up to 4 hits. I actually couldn't strike anyone out in the 7th and 8th. Finished with 1 out in the 9th.

I tried that Ottavino moment too many times to count and gave up, the Billy Wagner moment from last year's extreme program was easier than this one

The Ottavino/Wagner moments were pretty easy considering you could dashboard them. Ottavino does take a bit of getting used to because of his release point.

Yes, dashboarding helps, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are super annoying, require very little skill, and due to the massive amount of RNG they are basically pure luck time sinks.

his card stinks but do what i always do with weaker cards. sit on a changeup low in the zone and pull it. works every time (i did it for that moment too). i was afraid of doing that moment before i tried it lmao
