Why isn't the Mexico City Program still in the game? I didn't think that it had a time limit

It had a time limit (I believe around 12-31-23), not sure why though.

They only had rights to it until the end of the year much like WBC program in the past

Oh ok, I just found it weird that it expired and now you can't get the cards for collections

2023 has a great forever season (by a large margin the best of the ones with open servers) but it does suck that Swanson is not earnable anymore.
