Ambidextrous Pitcher!

What happens when an Ambidextrous Pitcher faces a Switch-Hitter? Who picks which side? Does the batter bat left, then pitcher becomes a RH? Or vice versa? Never encountered this before, wonder how it works. Anyone know?

Deleted because I was wrong

Pitcher declares, and then batter decides. My guess is it’s based on batter ratings in the show

Yes, MLB has rules for this. The pitcher must declare first, then hitter can decide which side to hit from. This is not the first switch pitcher in MLB

The Pat Venditte Rule. The hitter selects a side first, then the pitcher chooses their side. I don’t know how it’s determined in The Show, but it seems To Always be same side pitching
That's backwards. Pitcher must declare first.

Huh. Thought it was the other way around. “Learn something new”
