Can't play online

Hey all, I play on Xbox Gamepass, and I have not been able to play online for the past week. Whenever I try to play ranked, it will look for opponent, and then say challenge failed. I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting to my wifi, removing and redownloading the game, unplugging my Xbox and plugging it back in, etc. Nothing has worked. I just wanted to see if anyone else has suffered the same issues and how it was fixed.
