Lost a game even though I was winning
-
It had said my opponent left the game and I was up 10-1 in the 8th and then I pressed ok and it gave me the loss. There has to be a way to reverse this.
SDS please respond. -
@KingCory2428_XBL did it say your opponent’s controller was disconnected and ask if you would like to accept the loss?
This is a thing players abuse to cheat wins. And one of, if not, the dumbest thing ever added to online H2H gaming.

No it gave the generic message saying my opponent had left the game and it froze up for like 2 min. That’s why I don’t know what happened because my connection was fine and I was still in DD after the game.
-
If it gave your opponent the loss like you stated, what is the problem? I’ m assuming you meant it gave your opponent the win.

@KingCory2428_XBL this happened to me once- I was winning, game seemingly "paused" for a long time then it said opponent has left the game. It backed me out to the menu and I was given the loss. Needless to say I had a few choice words and I still don't know why it happened

@icebergslim7669_PSN my fault gang I meant I lost.

@xxfrystealerxx_MLBTS yea I emailed mlb the show support and they said there is nothing they can do. This game does so well in so many areas but the little things need to be fixed there has been problems with freeze offs and these types of things for a while now. You would think they could figure out a fix.

It's very common to lose games in freeze offs. It's a toss up and has been happening since launch. It's not usually worth staying in the freeze off even if you're winning. There is no guarantee you will win even if you stay. It's more beneficial to the current loser to stay in the freeze off than it is the current winner. If you're in coop then once one player on either side leaves it should continue the game 3v2.
