When you get the wheel right after logging in like that it usually means you just didn't get the wheel pop up when you should have previously, but you still probably had the pack in your inventory at the time. Congrats on the Chase pack! I got one from the wheel today to and pulled the 99 Skenes.

Yeah, he definitely got the pack, opened it, and then got the animation after logging in. Happens all the time (which is frustrating, but at least it gives the award).
Bet he wasn’t complaining when he had a “mystery” Chase pack in his inventory before recording.
