Is it me or is mini seasons worse now.

I'm not a good player to begin with I hover between 360-520 in ranked, I will get about 2-4 wins in BR, sometimes I get hot and sometimes not so much.
I've noticed since the gameplay update there's alot more swing and misses on good timing, and even if I hit the ball on near perfect good timing it's a weak fly ball at like 68 mph exit velo. I will still foul it off way more than swing and miss, but I've hit very early and very late home runs, it's almost as if every hit is random no matter the timing windows. It isn't so much in ranked, but during mini seasons it's like 97% weak fly balls on good timing then like 2 homeruns on perfect, 2 fly balls at the track on perfect, 2 perfect grounders for outs, and a couple just late or just early homeruns. It's incredibly inconsistent, it's gotten worse since whatever update they did.

I always think that as well, but then I'll have a game where I score a bunch of runs. I don't mind it in mini seasons because that's how normal baseball is. I hate mini seasons more for not being able to use fast play, how it doesn't keep stats correctly, and the terrible/repeatable in game commentary.

For me it’s always seemed sliders are different for Mini seasons and I struggle in this mode.
The Sliders are different and i don't mean regular White Castle Sliders, vs. jalapeño ones.
Seriously, I haven't touched MS this season for that reason. Now that I have a devastating God Squad, I may delve in.
I was one begging for this mode, and loved it the first season, but this year I haven't had the motivation to play this mode atm. -
I find mini seasons streaky. Il have a run where I score regularly, then I'll get ice cold with lots of 5 inning games.
I play on all star and use timing (not directional) as it's a more baseball like feel, but I've gone 27-1 in the regular season than dropped first 2 games of the playoffs. I promptly switched to rookie for the rest of that one...
No fast play is pointless and infuriating. I hate all the button mashing and that irritating flashy logo.

Do any of you play TA mini seasons and notice that the Whales are using the 3 season 1 collection bosses but we're not allowed to use them in that mini seasons? I think that's wrong

We have asked SDS for years to have universal sliders and they never care to explain why they won't do it

It's not just you, since last night every good swing i have has been, good with weak contact and foul. It's driving me crazy.

The difficulty levels in conquest and Mini Seasons are not the same as in play vs CPU. Especially Rookie. You're better off playing on Veteran. Despite earning less XP on Rookie SDS decided they dont want us just racking up stats in what is supposed to be the easiest difficultly level.
