Why did I just face 99 Kerry Wood in the Moonshot Event?

Title says it all. Scoreless top of the first. They hit a 2 run bomb off me, then hit a double but keep running and the game freezes. I end up getting the win but how is Wood even eligible?

It's got to be a glitch if the game freezes after words, I would report the guy for cheating
