Tried to get a freindly quit after the first 2 pitches he declined. After two batters no way I was hitting that bs. A special thanks to my oppennent for being a class act and not accepting a FQ. You could tell by his pitch selection that it was doing it on his screen aslo. Also I would like to think SDS for the bug or expliot not being fixed yet. This was in ranked seasons.

Can you explain what causes that please? Is that a one off instance or is that repeatable for everyone that uses that card? I sure hope not.

It’s a known glitch I’ve seen a couple of times. I’ve never had it happen against me but I’ve seen videos of it. It’s not just Kerry woods and no one knows what truly activates that glitch.

I’d be hella pissed is that happened against me though lol

Had this happen with Jake Peavy in MLB 12 it's been an occasional bug forever

I saw that in one game last year in RS. I can't remember who the pitcher was. We played for an inning before the game crashed. I would say that it was the weirdest thing I've seen in MLBTS, but then they had the patch earlier this year that rendered a lot of players 1/2 of their original size...

@fellspointguy The exact cause I can't tell, but it's basically a bad connection with your opponent. Just like when you see a ball hit past the OF but your opponent has caught it, or the fielder teleports 50ft from the spot of the ball.

AFAIK, it's not something specific to a certain(s) pitcher(s), and it's not repeatable like certain freeze offs of the past.

If it was, you'd see a lot of posts about it here, on X or Reddit. The only thing I haven't found out, is how it looks from the guy using the glitched pitcher's perspective.

Happened to me last night. Guy had Roy Oswalt and an all live lineup. Ball started coming from Oswalt’s glove hand. Asked for a friendly and opponent refused. Game froze or disconnected in the second and I ended up getting the win, but wasn’t sure if it was a glitch or a cheat. Was definitely weird
