Why so many cards of same player

This is getting a bit silly. I like dd but players should only get 2 cards. Also, in what world should Tony Gwynn not have top vision attributes? Silly.

Players get multiple cards because sds is hoping that players will give them money every month to buy said player again. Take for example Mike Trout, he will probably get a bs 96 overall card in season 2 and a decent 99 card in season 3, but a 1,000,000 stub 99 card in season 5.
Sds is a garbage corporate ran company these days and nothing will change. People will be leaving this game in droves over the next 2 months; leaving you only with the streamers and the tryhards. Enjoy.

@DoUevenBench why would they release different players when they can pay 1 player for their rights and make 3 versions throughout the year? They only care about profits. The reason gaming is going to die out because they take the fun out and prioritize profits which only works in the short term.
