Is there a way to make games like mini-season or even conquests longer? Like 5 inning games?

Yes. Don't score and don't give up any runs until the 5th inning. Otherwise, no. They're 3 innings.

I play 5 innings on play versus cpu and quit

They should give us an option to choose 3 inning, 7inning or 9 inning games. Because 3 inning games gets boring sometimes. Plus if I play vs cpu i only play 7 innings and quite.
