How Are People Selling Cards They Couldn't Possibly Have Gotten Yet?
-
I posted this in the Community Market section, but haven't gotten a response, so I thought I'd post it here to see if anyone can explain this to me:
How are people posting cards for sale in the Marketplace that have to be earned by completing certain programs like Ranked or Battle Royale or Events when those programs just went live around half an hour ago? There's no physical way anyone could have played enough games to have earned those cards yet, and I can't see how they would until many hours from now. How does this happen? Sorry if this has been explained elsewhere but I'm very confused by this.

BR rewards: some people play until they hit 9-0 and wait until the new season drops. Then if they win the next game; it counts as a 10-0 Flawless win.

Okay, didn't know that about Battle Royale, either -- but what about Ranked and Events? Can they do that there, too? And, if not, how do they have the cards half an hour after the program is out?

Buy now or sell now?
buy now orders are ppl selling the card, sell now is ppl putting an order in to buy the card. -
Buy Now. People are listing cards for sale that there is literally no way they'd have time to earn -- within a half hour of a program going on line. A 3-inning game takes 15 minutes. They could get in 2 games max and not earn any of those cards. I just want to know how they're doing it.

@aaronjw76 I got no problem. You can go 10 and 0 they deserve it. Eventually that card drops to 50 to 75k or less.
