Don't agree, at least that's not how it is for me, yesterday, I scored 14 runs, only one was off a home run, I'm more of a singles hitter (though that's also because the hitters I chose reflect that). I realize I'm not the majority, but if people are picking all power hitters, it kind of makes sense that's how the game is played.

Once again, disagree. It took me a ton of practice to lay off balls, now I draw walks all the time, practice helps.
I think this was very well put. People are constantly disapointed with video games year after year instead of just realizing video games can be frustrating and are never perfect. I think this game is the best they have dropped since 2017.

Then why is it there? That's bs it definitely effects the game. I can tell when Matt Olson starts booting grounders at 3rd and Sandberg cant make a throw to 1st there's a tilt problem.
I'm sorry that putting guys out of position causes errors. I hope they fix that for you.

I do think the rating mod is still in the game. My team is an 88 overall, I think my rating mod is 97. So if I was in PR, I was still getting matched up with people in WC. And I keep the meter all the way to the left when the game searches.

I’m not great but I’m not bad at this game. Is almost making me want to quit online because I cannot get a hit. I got no hit last week. Playing right now and have no hits through 4 innings. It’s just not fun. Good timing and okay contact despite it being right in the middle of the pci never results in hits.

Rating mod never had anything to do with tilting RNG in someone's favor. It worked because it was supposed to match people against people with similar teams and ranks, worse teams and higher ranks, or better teams and worse ranks.

Well your first problem might be putting Matt Olson at third, he's a first basemen who can play right field, not third base.
Secondly, IDK why they still show it int his years game, but it 100% does not affect anything anymore. They did away with it affecting matchmaking last year

In 10 ranked games I’ve only faced Kluber once and I had him at over 100 pitches in the first 4 innings. I was super patient because my opponent kept trying to get me to chase. His stuff is nasty but if you keep going outside I’m not going to bite.Just be patient and wait for your pitch

In regards to #8....provide your reasoning for not believing in it other than just saying “don’t believe in that”. Honestly there’s WAY too many similar stories of the same bs happening to favor opponents at the right time. If it was a “conspiracy theory”....why do all these stories sound exactly the same? Are all these players imagining or making up the same stuff? For you to act like this bs hasn’t happened to you proves your lying to defend this game. Why haven’t they fixed these problems? Is it because it’s by design to influence outcomes?

Match ups in RS are based off ratings. The match up formula could care a less who is in your lineup.

Definitely agree with most of this. Not having much fun with this years game...I played alot online last year and definitely had fun playing even with the bad hitting because there was always other things to keep me busy than just playing ranked. Now I find myself just waiting for more offline playable stuff to be added to the game so that I don’t go get frustrated and annoyed with ranked games. It sucks to know that I’ll never be able to use any prestige versions of any cards, but I guess that’s the game we get this year.
I had sooo much fun playing the first week before the patch, I played so much ranked the first few days...the timing felt normal and everyone was getting rewarded for hits....and then everything changed immediately after it. Now I want nothing to do with playing anyone competitively, ESPECIALLY with how many fielding and base running issues there are. It’s just not for me anymore. -

How long did the game take u? Hour and half? Lol

I think the game plays the best it ever has on HOF difficulty (it’s on par if not better than 16, which was the best hitter/pitcher gameplay pre HOF in 20 imo). It’s very challenging, but very rewarding. Unless someone can flat out pitch/mix (Not get predictable), I don’t find kluber overly difficult to hit anymore (unless there’s lag and I’m swinging underwater half the time).

this is a big issue for me, its 2020, why is it that one game it feels like Im playing in 2020 on high speed internet, and the next I have somehow jumped in the DeLorean and arrived in 1995 and am playing on dial up.
