Freeze Offs

I love the gameplay of this game. Tonight I played 2 co op games with my friends. The first one we play we were up 7-2 and then the game froze. I was able to screen share with my friends and we played a 45 min game of “I Spy with my Little Eye”. In the second game, which I am in as I am typing this, we are up 9-7 in the top of the 9th. The game froze AGAIN. What’s the deal with this? Why is the game freezing so much. Also, we “won” the freeze off in the first game and still lost rating. None of this makes sense. The fact that the concept of “winning a freeze off” exists says a lot about this game. We dropped 2k for mlb bc of trash servers, hut it seems nobody has good servers.

@IndianKobe19 2k is great game. I usually dedicate 1 night a week to it. sucks about the freeze offs. Maybe Co Op is bugged by due to different connections involved? I havent played yet this year.

@IndianKobe19 dude I play 2v2 everyday and it freezes all the time. If you quit you get a cooldown. Also it’s the same [censored] as last year. Co-op has been bad since 22. It’s my favorite mode to play with my two or one friend yet it feeezes ALL THE TIME. $140 CAD spent btw lol AAA Title lol

Have people figured out a way to freeze games again? At least I think that was a thing in previous years? Currently in a freeze off, and my opponent, got fooled badly on two pitches, paused for 30 seconds, then when I threw the next pitch the game froze?
I was done for the day after this game anyway, so, controller plugged in, PS5 set to stay powered. I'll check in the morning
