Still Can’t Exchange Cornerstone Captains

I’ve removed Senga from all lineups and still can’t exchange him. Is it because I collected him ?

Events and mini seasons?
You can exchange after collecting so he is in a lineup somewhere. -
Make sure you check all your mini seasons lineups and all the lineups that you created in manage squad and your events lineup

I exchanged Arenado for Maddux and the game removed Arenado from my inventory and I didn't get Maddux. Ticket submitted.
Edit: DOH! I didn't realize it would throw a pack in my inventory to open to get Maddux. Whew. How do I cancel a ticket?

I don't think you can cancel a ticket or at least I've never heard of canceling a ticket
