Captain Boost not applying in coop ranked

I’ve been activating Buxton as a captain in my coop lineup but it wont work.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have enough players, that meet the criteria, to get the boost?

I can’t get it to work either. I ran into someone who had tier 2 boost but I’m not sure what hoops they had to jump through to get it to work

@soonermagic78 if you make any changes after you've selected the captain it unequips it. I had that happen to me as well.
