No Doubt animations

Anyone else notice that quite a few of the no doubt animations are inaccurate?
A couple glaring examples are Trout and Harper. Their animations have been the same for years but Trout does the Flick of the Wrist custom animation i think (maybe he just throws the bat down the 3rd base line) and Harper stands there and throws the bat straight up into the air (not sure which animation that is).
There are quite a few other but these are the two biggest names I have noticed.

It’s pretty clear the devs are detached this year and either don’t actually watch baseball or don’t care about depicting anything with attention to detail. The HR animations are a prime example of that.

@TripleH-4481 Since this concerns you enough to call out the developers I’ll tag you twice. This time to share my embarrassing tale of giving up a no doubt homerun about 2 minutes ago in franchise mode aka the real baseball season vs fantasy baseball mode. Manny Machado does his real no doubt animation in franchise mode leading me to believe Trout and Harper also do the same. I’ll update you when I give up bombs to them since you’re so concerned about the devs and their realism department regarding no doubt homers.
I’m gonna say my hunch was correct and players asked for something fun in DD.

Hmm that is an interesting find on franchise vs DD celebrations. I’d love to know if the players asked for this? If so then I could excuse the ridiculousness but if not then something else is strangely off the rails in the DD universe.
As for Manny being a less than stellar dude, I would agree, but also feel he is much better now than he was with the Orioles and Dodgers where he was extremely disliked.

I’ve seen the Trout one in DD. It looks weird from him but not Manny.
I agree that Manny is better now than he was. Just waiting for him to pay that Dodger fan for that lost $300 million dollar bet. Lol.
