I figured it out and reset the password but it's insisting the password is wrong and still won't let me in. Such fun.

Sadly this didn't work for me. All my my stubs, equipment, and unlockables are gone this is extremely disappointing and sadly will make people not play and discouraged me to continue any further. Hopefully other can get all their stuff back and continue to enjoy the game but I sadly won't be.
