Why did my account get reset??!!!!!! I was playing a friend bc he just got Otani and after I got off my game took forever to lead and then my team got reset!!! I HAD COLLECTIONS DONE AND EVERYTHING!!! I spent over 700$ dollars on this game! Don’t judge me but what the heck!! I NEED MY TEAM BACK!!!!

My account got reset as well and nobody will answer me but my team is still there on the mobile app

There are threads regarding how to restore your account. Gotta relink your account. Since it didn't happen to me, I don't know exactly what steps you need to take. But others do, and most people got their accounts relinked and are now good to go!
I suggest scrolling until you find the proper threads. Good luck!
