Early on everything

Every time I see something hang my eyes light up and I rip it… foul. 102+ right into the bleachers (not the ones between the two tall yellow poles). Anyone else have this problem?

Have for four years. Bumping the difficulty up a notch has helped some, but I just get too excited and swing early, sometimes I miss entirely I'm so early.
