@Victor_SDS theres no way it can take this long. "will update when we can" just shows you simply dont care. we spent money on this product. for gods sake take it off the switch store so people can stop getting scammed by your terrible, malfunctioning, disgusting software. do better.

I can't get any portion of my Diamond Dynasty to play. Once I try to start a moment the entire game crashes.

@Victor_SDS 5 days and no word? You were on 2 hours ago at this point in time and can't update an entire platform on the status on being able to use their paid for product.
I guess no big streamers play on switch so we're not important. -
Kept kicking me from online games so I reinstalled the software. Now I can’t play at all. 5 days and nothing. 100 bucks down the drain.

I’ve had the same DD crash issue as everyone else, but today I realized it’s linked to the custom uniforms/team. It only crashes when you go to play the first scenario on the intro to DD.
So today, I’ve been fiddling with Franchise mode. For kicks, I created all custom women players and had them all on The Pirates. I took them through the season and it gave me the option to rebrand. I did and made them The Rockford Peaches (for obvious reasons). When I went to play the first game, it crashed same as with the DD. I retried a few times with the same result in the same situation. I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with playing as a custom uniform/team.

So I got an emailed response tonight which read in full.
“ Hi,
Thanks for reaching out, our team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
We appreciate your patience.”
Now this came as a result of a feedback response I submitted through the app just today. So I will no longer say it has been more than 5 days without an acknowledgment or update but it has still been more than 5 days with no kind of update.
I sincerely hope that at the point of a fix, it is pushed out immediately. The last announcement I want to see is “a server update will occur at 3am” if it’s the start or middle of a day. There also needs to be compensation for Switch players at this point. This is a game built on limited time content (and it doesn’t need to be). Because of also including XP caps this year this all but ensures we will be behind for the entire duration of the life of this game.

@Victor_SDS it's not can crash...it's does crash can't even do the tutorial. Would love to actually play the game that I pre ordered. It's a crime when you take people's money and don't deliver what they paid for.

How will you be behind the entire duration of the game? As long as its fixed before Season 2 starts; you'll only be behind what was available Season 1.
And since those cards won't be usable in Season 2; you won't need them.
Plus, I wouldn't put it past them that if Switch owners do miss out on Season 1 cards; they'll put them (the ones from the XP path) in your binder.

When you get to season 2 you’ll get awarded for things such as having already completed set 1, finishing TA etc. plus with 4 slots this year to use cards beyond their season we’ll be behind in getting any that take time that others will be using on the regular. We can’t obtain stubs through play (M2O) gives you very little, so we’re missing any packs that may go away and on and on and on. We’ve basically never been compensated. Last year we couldn’t play for nearly 2 weeks and when it finally got fixed it was basically a blanket update announcement as though nothing had ever been wrong and then move on. So I’ll believe it if I see it. Plus don’t season 1 cards stay eligible in season 2? So far I played through M2O once and that resulted in less than 3k stubs total. I’ve obtained maybe 4-5 standard packs, a few uniform packs and a few NL East packs with Silver max results. Several hours into this one mode I can play that does anything toward TA I have no clue where I’m at in the division path for TA cause I can’t even get to the program and I’m at step 5 in the season one XP path after completing the World Series in M2O. Which award have you managed to get to in the S1 award path?

It’s all the different presentations of this, along with limited communication from anyone that is frustrating.
It presented to me as follows:
Bought the early access and began playing the game Friday morning. Played only in Diamond Dynasty. Made some slow progress in Conquests (this is my first year) and tries a little Battle Royal and got my [censored] kicked a few times. Made it through a bit of the team affinity challenges (moments mostly) and am currently through 73% of AL Central. Completed the Starter Program and mostly the Spring Breakout, all of the Storylines.
No problems!
The next morning was a “maintenance” break for part of the morning. Later that day I began noticing the “The software was closed because an error occurred” message whe trying to play Conquest. At first it was once every 3-4 games (always in the last inning). Erased all of that game but I limped along because I was getting close to completion of the U. S. map. Finally, on the 19th, I reloaded the program because the message was appearing every other game.
This helped, clear for most of the day but then slowly went back to being borderline unplayable.
I completed the U. S. Map and within a day or two, all of Diamond Dynasty games began showing the message and not allowing play.
However, I can still play RTTS …… -
@SalmanHOF ….and March to October BUT RTTS won’t progress the “Bronze Velocity Tasks” missions. I still get XP and those rewards.
It’s very frustrating. -
Yea first 2 days were good but now all I can do is rtts. I have jumped back on 23 till they fix it.

I will say this, the fact that there is no outside help with this is the real problem. Companies like this have been given the ability to churn out garbage like this and provide zero support because the business model allows it. No contact number no accountability, i mean garage sales hold more accountability than this group of bad devs, marketing team and management which seems to not exist at all.
Thank you for sending the message that you don't want anyone to buy your game that expects any level of customer service.
