My switch version was fine for a week and today was the first tike I have had an issue. It's sucks yes but I wouldn't say I have been robbed it's disappointing however it will get fixed and they have recognized it. Things take time to fix and I won't pretend to know how long something like this takes to fix so just have to be patient

@Knighter So how exactly would they refund you the money you paid to play it early? Would it be dependent on how many hours you think you would have played those 4 days? What would happen if it were determined you would have played 4 hours a day but one of those days, you would have only played 2? Would that be a discounted refund? Would you be giving back the stubs and packs that you probably already opened?
Exactly how much money is your time worth?

Whether you ordered it for early release or on release day; you would've paid the same amount.
That is unless you bought the base version. But then you wouldn't have received the other bonuses.

Guys do not try to reason with Easy_Duh --- He is a troll who is trying to rile people up and such -- IGNORE it and maybe it will go away if not just report it and SDS will deal with the problem after they fix this game .... translation the troll is safe for at least a month -- LOL -- so I guess just ignore and do not engage with it

I mean no one is gonna apologize for that at this point. It would be nice to streamline the conversation but this is more important than missing Twitch packs with common cards and pitches not landing exactly where people want 100% of the time. We also got the working on a fix thing 5 days ago. So the longer this goes the more post there will be, that’s kind of how it works when you don’t take care of things. New players are buying this game daily and they aren’t aware that SDS is shelling it out even though it doesn’t actually function (ie: it’s available in the Nintendo Online store even though it can’t be played online). Usually those new players are simply going to post a question when they have one.

I believe the 8-9 people that did buy it on the Switch have been voicing their concerns and SDS did say that they are aware of that version having issues. They will patch it in time

Well, the thing is, MOST Switch users only appear on this forum when there is an issue with the Switch version. I’m not downplaying that, that sucks I get it, you’re frustrated as you should be. But they come on here, clog up the forum with hundreds of posts about the same issue, pick fights with other users, make tons of comments that get flagged and deleted, until the problem is resolved and then they disappear.
Maybe hang out and be a constructive part of the forum after this, like other Switch users have.

Literally nothing you said is unique to switch users. There are like 10+ post on face scans more on Twitch drops etc. Both of which don’t affect play at all. As I’ve mentioned before, new players are joining each day most people when they come to a forum like this don’t research first they come here and they post and they’re looking for an answer. That might not be great but it’s not unusual and it’s not unique to any particular platform’s players.
