Good to know. I actually bought my copy from Best Buy going to call them tomorrow about returning mine. If I can not play 24 DD then I will go back to 23 and then wait for it to drop to half price. I recommend others to do the same thing if it is possible.

It sure would be nice that the game I bought on Tuesday I could play this weekend. But with no updates, no comments on the Switch Crashing I guess I will not. You keep marketing new content, but some of your customers can't even look at current content.

A week after release and the game is a paperweight if you own Nintendo switch. How this got past quality control testing, every single one of you should be fired. It's insane to leave your customers in the dark with zero updates or information about ANYTHING for days now. On launch week. Your Twitter is so active but not a SINGLE mention of the Nintendo Switch issues? Could you be any more blatant with your lack of care for any of your customers money?
Never seen anything like this. An utter joke.

Worked yesterday after redownloading the game. This morning it starts crashing again. Nothing inside DD works. And still no word from SDS?

Don't expect to hear anything from SDS. They stole our money and will continue to treat their customers like mushrooms. Fed [censored] and kept in the dark.
A truly pathetic, leaderless organization. Shameful.
The very LEAST you can do after robbing your customers is to keep open communication and be transparent.
You know nothing about customer service. Nor do you care. F you.

I am now replying to every new Mlbtheshow24 post on X with a picture of the error screen. I don’t know that it will help but what else has? The fact that there hasn’t even been a “we’re trying to get to the bottom of this” post on here in over 3 days is clearly purposeful. At best it looks to us as customers like SDS has basically said hey let’s just try to get through the Twitch drop weekend because that’s top priority and then we’ll come back to this after that.

Even though I don't play Madden, I hope all of this stuff that SDS thinks is acceptable is brought out more mainstream. So like Madden the more negative that is highlighted about this game may effect their bottom dollar. Fingers crossed.

I can confirm that it still crashes, I was able to play 2 days in a row with no issues but just crashed when the CPU brought in a relief pitcher. So I definitely agree that SDS needs to fix this now and give us switch players some kind of compensation especially since we got screwed out of playing for a week last year with zero compensation. I just want to be able to grind DD and not have that worry that the game might crash

@Manu__SDS what is the update here? We want refunds we want stubs we want something. This lack of communication on social or here for such a huge segment of your gaming population that are having a game breaking issue is absurd! It’s heinous! It’s horrific! You should all be ashamed of your lack of communication, your lack of resolution, and your lack of respect for your switch customers. Absolutely disgusting.
