Perfect pitch release should = Bullseye

I use Meter pitching and have to ask: what's the point of a perfect pitch release if you still miss your target?
-
Perfect release means it will fall within the corona around the target.

I've been using meter pitching for 10 years. It's always been a 50/50 accuracy. However, I've gotten so good at meter, I know where to aim and how to release the ball on different pitches where it's not a huge issue.
But, I'd be even better if the accuracy was like analog and pinpoint. -

It doesn’t do that meter pitcher regularly floats balls to the middle of the plate on perfect and good releases. It needs to be adjusted.

Meter pitching is terrible right now. Even slightly off release gets floated towards middle of the plate.

The fact that classic is more accurate than metered right now says there’s a problem.
